The Code applies to ADR practitioners, including mediators, is written in plain English, aligns closely with the LEADR Constitution and reflects the commitment that LEADR holds to promoting high standards in the delivery of ADR services. Read the new code of ethics here >> LEADR Compliments, Suggestions and Complaints policy If you have a compliment, suggestion or complaint about a LEADR service, a LEADR member or an ADR process, LEADR wants to hear about it. Our new Compliments, Suggestions and Complaints policy encourages feedback and documents LEADR’s commitment to respond sensitively, to address the matters promptly and even-handedly and to learn from the feedback. Registration fee – nationally accredited mediators On 1 March 2012, the MSB introduced a registration fee of $100 (including GST) payable at the time of accreditation or re-accreditation and thereafter every two years on each succeeding re-accreditation. Registration fees are being used to establish and maintain a register of nationally accredited mediators. As your RMAB, LEADR is collecting the $100 for the two year period of your national accreditation. LEADR retains $10 to contribute to the administrative expenses of collecting these fees and remits the remaining $90 to the MSB.
