Making the private sessions work
with Anne Sutherland-Kelly
in Canberra on Tues 30 August
Join Anne Sutherland-Kelly to explore how to make the private sessions work:
- What’s the difference between private sessions that work and the great escape?
- What is the cycle, and the four distinct elements, of an effective private session?
- How do I stay agile in my movement between the various mediator roles required within private sessions?
- What are the mediator questions that make a real difference?
You will leave this session with tools and tips you can immediately use in your mediation practice and in any people management role.
