Conflict coaching 'fit' in the workplace

with Lynora Brooke

Following the NSW Chapter AGM

Lynora will explore the use of conflict coaching in workplaces as:

  • An early intervention to prevent potential escalation of a conflict
  • A reflective practice that may facilitate a shift in perceptions in entrenched conflict
  • A tool to assist individuals in preparing for a mediation
  • As an aid for parties to reflect and debrief following a mediation

You will also have the opportunity to hear from and contribute to a group discussion with a Conflict Coaching practitioner /manager who works within an organisation where Conflict Coaching is increasingly being used as a powerful tool for addressing recent and long-standing grievances.

About Lynora Brooke
