Holistic mediation
by Michelle Brenner
Holistic comes from the Greek word Holos which means "to heal".
Essentially holistic refers to an "inner holiness or inner healing" or a place of wholeness which, when connected to, can reverse disease.
Practicing mediation from a holistic perspective provides a process that includes an appreciation of the body, mind and soul relationship. What does this mean in mediation?
Come to the seminar in November to hear about the latest research and practices that include the reality of life as well as the reality of modern living. It is said that we live in an economy, however this seminar proposes that mediation belongs to a perspective of practice that values living in a society.
