NSW Annual Chapter Dinner
With address by The Hon Justice Brian Preston,
Chief Judge of the NSW Land and Environment Court
Justice Preston who was appointed to the NSW Land and Environment Court in 2005 will speak about alternative dispute resolution particularly as used by the Court.
The Land and Environment Court offers a range of ADR services including mediation (either in-house or external), conciliation conferences (by commissioners) as well as early neutral evaluation (by commissioners or external) to assist the parties to resolve planning and other disputes without a formal hearing.
The annual Chapter dinner is a great way to meet others in the ADR community. So come along and bring a friend.
The dinner follows the NSW Chapter Annual General Meeting which will be held at 6pm. For the AGM notice and call for nominations, click here >>
