About Anne Sutherland-Kelly
Anne Sutherland-Kelly is a practising mediator and consults to private & public sector clients in the areas of conflict management, communication and leadership. The establishment of her mediation practice followed a legal background in commercial law, and then in human rights law reform.
Anne specialises in workplace, organisational and anti-discrimination matters. She has held a number of appointments as mediator, conciliator and arbitrator in various Australian Tribunals. She is currently appointed as a mediator to the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT).
Anne is also a highly regarded facilitator. She is a former lecturer in the Law School of the University of Sydney and is a LEADR lead trainer. Anne is passionate about people’s innate capacity for individual and cultural transformation.
