Quality in mediation? I'll have some of that...

with Professor Tania Sourdin
on Tuesday 25 August

What is high quality mediation – are mediator, lawyer and disputant perceptions different? What does make a difference? How can we improve what we do and what strategies can mediators use? The experiences of mediators, disputants and lawyers in Court connected programs, industry programs and community-based programs will be compared to discuss mediation interventions (or lack of intervention).

This session considers results from recent mediation research and features an open discussion about how we can adjust and shape our mediation processes to ensure that disputants experience high quality mediation.
