Join us for this Simulated mediation facilitated by Gail Cork. This structure allows for constructive feedback and discussion throughout the various stages of mediation.
About Gail Cork
Since first training with LEADR in 1994, Gail has pursued a passion for conflict resolution in various contexts. In addition to more than a 1000 hours mediation experience, she has designed complaint management systems for public and private sector agencies and presented complaint management training for corporate staff around Australia.
Her mediation practice specialises in intellectual property, workplace and general commercial disputes. Currently working freelance, Gail’s former roles include Manager, Credit Union Dispute Reference Centre; Case Manager, Australian Commercial Disputes Centre; and Deputy Registrar, Hobart Magistrates Court (Civil Division).
She has also been lead coach for several of LEADR’s Hobart workshops.
