Stress management for mediators and conciliators
with Dr Pat Marshall
What causes mediator stress and how do mediators cope? What are the attributes that will stand a mediator in good stead when the going gets tough?
LEADR (VIC) is excited to be opening our year of professional development events with an interactive presentation by Dr Pat Marshall who recently completed her PhD on the topic of mediator stress. If you missed Pat’s informative presentation at the National Mediation Conference in Perth last year, now is your chance!
This session will appeal to mediators and conciliators working in any field and will also be of great interest to those who are responsible for the training and selection of mediators and conciliators, including Ombudsmen, Courts and Tribunals.
