Making the private sessions work
Join Anne Sutherland-Kelly to explore how to make the private sessions work:
- What’s the difference between private sessions that work and the great escape?
- What are the four distinct elements of an effective private session?
- Am I mindful and agile in my movement between the various mediator roles required within private sessions?
- How do I avoid self-sabotage through depriving myself of the raw material required for an effective private session?
- What are the private session questions that make mediation magic?
Expect an engaging and interactive session.
