As mediators we have all had them!  How did we cope?  What made them so difficult?  What did we do to retrieve the situation?

Come along and listen to our panel of experienced mediators including John Christo, Acting Registrar Supreme Court and Mary Power from Henderson, Power & Associates as they describe their particular hellish mediations. 

Panel members and audience will be invited to suggest options for dealing with these dilemmas.

This is a great opportunity to come along, share your experiences, options and solutions and gain insight into how other mediators deal with 'mediations from hell'.
