Fishbowl exercise You are invited to be in a Fishbowl audience
Being an observer is a good way to test and upgrade your own mediation skills. Your questions and feedback will make important contribution to the exercise. Margaret Halsmith will be facilitating the Fishbowl. At the end of the mediation there will be discussion on feedback from the audience, the participants and the facilitator and an opportunity for questions and answers. If you are considering sitting for your accreditation or just interested in upgrading your mediation skills this will be an interesting and informative networking event. |

A Fishbowl exercise is one in which an audience observes a small, pre-selected group practise a set of skills. We have invited those who are registered for the LEADR video assessments in June and July to share the role of mediator in a set mediation scenario.
