The future of mediation
Come and hear from inspiring young team members from Murdoch University Law School, St Mary’s Anglican Girls School and Shenton College and support the future of mediation.
on Tuesday 8 November 2011
Following this year’s annual meeting, law students, Daniel Harrop, Blake Primrose and Brendon Denkha (pictured above with their coach Professor Philip Evans) will talk about their win in the International Alternative Dispute Resolution Moot at Hong Kong’s City University last year.
The Murdoch team was the overall winner in both the arbitration and mediation sections of the competition, in which they competed against other world class universities, including Harvard University and City University of Hong Kong.
Team members from St Mary’s Anglican Girls School and Shenton College (finalists in this year’s SCRAM competition) will also talk about their introduction to mediation and their experiences in the SCRAM Grand final, which took place at Edith Cowan University’s Joondalup campus in September.
This is a great opportunity to support the future of mediation.
