| The Conference commenced
following a relaxed lunch on
Wednesday the 31st of August. With that evening free of scheduled
events it was an excellent opportunity for members to wander along the famous Manly Beach or
catch up with colleagues in one of the many local restaurants. Thursday, a day packed with sessions covering the latest theories, new processes and practical tips. The dinner was held in the Great Hall (shown on the right) and although it was an option for participants at a cost of only $55 per head this offer in its stunning location was hard to resist. The conference concludes on a busy Friday, again panel sessions and interactive learning is designed into the program. Some of the highlights will include hands on opportunities with On-line dispute resolution sessions, panel discussions on Adjudication, best practice in developing a mediation practice and much more. |

Many ended the Conference having a relaxing drink in the courtyard cafe and bar amidst the splendour of the heritage buildings. For some it was the precursor of a weekend in Sydney. International speakers, quality and diverse program, superb venue and standard registration all for under $700.
