Your practice as a business

Audio recording of this session ( 1 hr 15 mins) >>

About the session

Geoff will lead a very business focussed session – attracting mediators at all stages of their business growth. Geoff and other established mediators will exchange tips and techniques that they have found work for them. From mediation business models to tracking client data, scheduling and beyond.

Most of all however, this will be a BYO session; Bring Your Own experience of running your own unique mediation business and from that Build Your Own practice map or business plan for 2009/10. We will look at what you want as a mediator and how you are going to achieve that. We will do that on the day and in session; nothing fancy, just a practical and usable exchange of ideas – yours and others – to take-away.

Come prepared to be generous with your own experience and get the benefit of others doing likewise... see you there!

Shirli Kirschner shares her own experience
of making her mediation business work.
