About this session
This workshop will give participants an opportunity to think about and develop their skills in an innovative way – as providers of professional support to other ADR practitioners. This will provide them with an opportunity to grow and enhance their practices as professional support providers – an area that encourages excellence and increased professionalism in the ADR field.
The workshop will also be a platform to create a network of practitioners interested in this area and so provides something new, tangible and ongoing to support continuous improvement in the ADR profession.
Podcast: Listen to Judy talk about this session (3 mins) >> |
Judy lives on a rural lifestyle block in the Wairarapa. As well as tending chickens, peacocks, ornamental and vegetable gardens she grows olives and grapes, producing her very own olive oil and pinot noir. Judy takes great enjoyment in the wonderful energy of the next generation of her family.
Annabel’s childhood love of horses did not turn out to be the passing phase her parents said it would so a few years ago she gave into it and started taking riding lessons. She will never be a great rider or compete in any competitions but riding is one of the great pleasures in her life. Cooking and enjoying good food accompanied by even better wine (particularly local and organic produce) are others. Annabel lives in a cottage by the sea.
