Join us at the Zen Bar
Join us for our informal and relaxed Thursday link-up dinner at the nearby Zen Bar. The link-up dinners offer a different approach to conference dinners with an emphasis on:
- continuing conversations started during the day
- connecting with old and new friends and colleagues
- better affordability – half the usual price of one conference dinner
- early finishing time (approx 9pm); you decide to continue socialising or to turn in for an early night.

Menu
Entree:
- Chinese style steamed dim sims with soy and chilli dipping sauce
- Zen rolls – chicken and prawn spring rolls witha soy lime dipping sauce
- Duck wraps with hoisin sauce, cucumber and shallots wrapped in a Chinese pancake
- Vietnamese rice paper rolls with spicy nam jim dipping sauce
Main course:
- Corn-fed chicken breast, fried celery leaf salad, crushed chilli peanut & soy dressing with steamed jasmine rice
- Coorong rib fillet, rosemary kipflers, green beans, field mushrooms and red wine jus
Dessert: Sortbet & biscotti
