geoffsharpJoin Geoff Sharp and a panel of mediation users for the RUM Forum – that is, a selection of lawyers and clients who repeatedly use mediation to resolve their disputes.

Geoff will moderate the discussion between the panel and the audience encouraging an exchange of ideas about what works, what doesn't and what should when we all find ourselves in the mediation room wearing different hats.

The panel includes: Mark Beech, Sharp Tudhope Lawyers, heads the dispute resolution team in New Zealand; Khory McCormick, Minter Ellison, head of Brisbane's Commercial Advisory, Dispute Resolution & Government Law groups, and Brett Heath, Carter Newell, specialist counsel for professional indemnity insurance.
