Facilitated discussion on ADR in civil matters

More than 70 people turned out in February 2009 to have their say about the use of ADR in civil matters:

  • When should mediation be manditory?
  • What incentives would ensure greater use of mediation?
  • What would remove some of the barriers?

The ideas will be used by LEADR to develop its submission to NADRAC on its most recent reference from the Attorney-General. For more infomation >>
