Privacy of members’ information

The personal information you supply to LEADR is used for the primary purpose of providing you with benefits that LEADR is able to provide to its members.

By applying to join LEADR you consent to the use and disclosure of your personal information for the purpose of the administration of LEADR's affairs and for providing services to you in relation to LEADR's business. Administration includes monitoring, auditing, evaluating, modelling data, dealing with complaints, answering queries and providing services in relation to LEADR's business.

In particular, but without limiting the uses to which LEADR may put your personal information, LEADR may supply your personal information to anyone seeking the services of its members or any of them in relation to work in any of the fields in which LEADR has an interest or seeks to serve. In particular, LEADR may, unless you otherwise direct, include your personal information in LEADR's or any related web-site, permitting direct linked access to any other organisation considered by LEADR to be an organisation to which direct linkage should be authorised. Your personal information as published on the web-site will be available to all authorised LEADR members and any other persons authorised by LEADR to access the relevant part of its web-site at any time. LEADR undertakes that it will authorise such access only if it believes that it is in the interests of LEADR and of its members that such access should be authorised. In this regard, LEADR seeks to optimise the benefits and advantages deriving to you and its other members from membership of LEADR.

If you have any questions about the personal information collected, you should contact LEADR and you can request access to your personal information which is held by LEADR. LEADR may also be required to disclose your personal information to anybody or person entitled to it under the laws of Australia or any of the States of Australia.

LEADR will use your personal information from time to time to offer you information of all kinds, including information on products or services that may be relevant or of interest to you.

LEADR will endeavour to ensure that your personal information is not made available otherwise than in accordance with the principles set out above by taking steps reasonably available to it to secure the information which is stored on its Server.

You should note that if you give us your credit card information, LEADR will use that information to enter the data physically into a terminal that connects directly to LEADR's banking provider.

If at any time you wish to withdraw your personal information from LEADR, we will take such steps as are reasonably possible within the law to erase our records of such personal information from our database and other hard and soft copy records.
