From our new Chair
I am delighted that one of my first opportunities to communicate with you is to invite you to renew your membership with LEADR if you have not already done so. The support I have received from LEADR has underpinned my motivation to practise and to promote excellence in ADR. I would hope and anticipate that this would be your experience also...
I was initially attracted to LEADR by its altruistic objectives: fundamentally to promote the benefits of ADR and through this lens, to provide benefits to members. I remain committed to these objectives. I encourage you to read them on the LEADR website and to let me know of initiatives that you would like the Board to consider.
