From our new Chair

margaret halsmithI am delighted that one of my first opportunities to communicate with you is to invite you to renew your membership with LEADR if you have not already done so. The support I have received from LEADR has underpinned my motivation to practise and to promote excellence in ADR. I would hope and anticipate that this would be your experience also...

I was initially attracted to LEADR by its altruistic objectives:  fundamentally to promote the benefits of ADR and through this lens, to provide benefits to members. I remain committed to these objectives. I encourage you to read them on the LEADR website and to let me know of initiatives that you would like the Board to consider.
